This innovative product is inspired by the splendor of geometric and floral motifs found on cement tiles - the details of which define the history of wall coverings between the 19th and 20th centuries. Legnine’s ornate decoration renders them multipurpose, suitable for both floor and wall coverings as well as design features.
Made from a multilayer birch wood with a considerable oak layer of 4mm, the 2mm deep engravings allow them to be used to recreate the geometry of cement tiles and majolica with skill. The design’s versatility in its 20x20 cm format allows for a multitude of designs, all of which can be customised in terms of both colour and pattern. Legnine’s wood is exclusively sourced from PEFC and FSC certified forests.
